Morrison Academy Kaohsiung is jointly accredited by two internationally recognized associations: the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). WASC accreditation has a long history with Morrison (WASC since 1977) and provides U.S.-style, regionally-based standards for K–12 education, helping ensure transferability and credibility of diplomas. ACSI accreditation began in 1998 and covers the Christian-based governance and program quality of Morrison's international schools; the current cycle runs through 2027 and includes ongoing self-study and progress reporting. The boarding program at Morrison is also accredited by ACSI. Together, these accreditations indicate adherence to rigorous academic and ethical standards across the school system.
