Yuteh Private International School operates under the Yuteh School Foundation in New Taipei City. The foundation also runs Yuteh Private Kindergarten and a high school with attached elementary and primary levels. The Yuteh Kindergarten was established in 2001. New Taipei City Government approved the school as a 12-year bilingual (Mandarin-English) integrated program spanning primary through high school. The founder is Liao Yu-Deh, a former New Taipei City Council member who helped establish Yuteh's kindergartens and high school, and the campus is located at No. 1, Baijiebao Rd., Tucheng District, New Taipei City, with an international program that includes Australia.

Yuteh Private International School operates a bilingual, cross-border program structure with primary, junior high and senior high divisions. The elementary division was established in 2010 and all classes are bilingual, with English textbooks imported and teaching in both Chinese and English. The school runs an Australian program affiliated with the Queensland Government Education Department, allowing graduates to receive an Australian high-school credential, and it also hosts American AP examinations on campus. The school maintains an on-site Cambridge Test Center for Cambridge English assessments.
