1. Eligibility and Expression of Interest
Age Requirements: Students must meet the age criteria set for their respective grade levels. The school reserves the right to verify age and academic records before admission.
Expression of Interest: Our school has an open door policy. Any student interested in admission is welcome to visit the school's premises and experience live classrooms, prior to formal admission.
Application Submission: All applications must be accompanied by the required documents, including:
✓ Previous school records.
✓ Birth certificate.
✓ Medical information.
2. Entrance Assessment
An entrance assessment may be required to evaluate the student's academic level and suitability for either the Russian or English sector, where felt required. The decision will be dependent on the Director and school's academic department.
3. Enrolment in Russian and English Sectors
Sector Placement
Students are assigned to the Russian or English sector based on:
✓ Parents preference
✓ Student language proficiency and educational background
✓ Availability of space in the classroom
Additional language support may be available for students transitioning between curricula. Options may be discussed with school's Director and academics department.
4. Admission Confirmation
✓ Enrolment Fee: Admission is only confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable enrolment fee.
✓ Acceptance Notification: Parents/guardians will receive an official confirmation letter of acceptance once the admission process is complete.

Contofield International School is an English-medium international school in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, established in 2012. The campus hosts students from Tajikistan and more than 29 nationalities in a diverse setting. The school follows a British-adapted curriculum with a strong STEM emphasis and is officially registered as a Cambridge International School, offering Cambridge IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level courses. For Grade 12, students can obtain a Canadian High School Diploma (Ontario board) through a distance-learning program with a partner Canadian school accredited by the Ontario board. Core subjects include English, Mathematics, Science, Social/Cultural Studies, Information Technology, Arts, Music, Physical Education, Dance, Drama, and Craft, with additional focus on self-identity and cultural awareness in the middle years. The school emphasizes experiential, project-based learning and regular assessments.
