Introduction

Feza International School (FIS) is a Cambridge-accredited school in Dar es Salaam offering Kindergarten to A-Level education. Billing schedule and payment terms
- The academic year begins 18 August 2025. Fees are denominated and collected in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). All school fees for the relevant academic year are divided into four educational quarters. Quarter dates (example for the listed year): Quarter 1: 18 Aug – 14 Oct; Quarter 2: 20 Oct – 20 Dec; Quarter 3: 07 Jan – 18 Mar; Quarter 4: 01 Apr – 10 Jun.
- Instalment schedule (percentage and due dates listed for the referenced year): fees are paid in four instalments of 25% each with the following due dates: 1st instalment due 10 Aug 2025; 2nd instalment due 25 Sep 2025; 3rd instalment due 15 Nov 2025; 4th instalment due 20 Jan 2026. For the quarter-based breakdown the quarterly amounts above apply. Students who enrol in or withdraw from the school before completing a quarter are required to pay the full fees for that quarter.

Other costs, inclusions and exclusions
- The stated school fees cover required stationery, books, uniform, and food. Textbooks for IGCSE, AS and A Level students are issued at the beginning of the course and are valid for the full two-year course period. Dormitory fees include meals. The school will notify parents/guardians in advance of any additional payments required for optional activities (for example study tours or school trips). The school will not collect additional fees for graduation, sports and bonanza, or clubs.

Refunds, withdrawal and documentation
- The admission fee is non-refundable. Students who enter or leave the school before a quarter is completed are required to pay the full quarter fees; dormitory occupants who leave before quarter completion pay the full quarter dormitory fee. Official documents (report cards, transcripts, leaving certificates) will be released only when the student has no outstanding fee balance. Enrollment remains active until a written notice of withdrawal is submitted.

Discounts
- A sibling discount is applied: TZS 580,000 per eligible sibling (as stated for Feza International).

Payment methods and instructions
- All payments for Feza International must be made by bank deposit in TZS. Submit the deposit slip as proof of payment to the school accountant. The student's name, reference number and class must be written on the deposit slip. A reference number must be obtained from the school administration or via Feza Smart before payment. Payments must be made on or before the instalment dates shown; the school reserves the right to withhold class access or official documents for unpaid balances.

The visit provides direct exposure to Feza's early education setting and the people who support students. This step begins the admissions process and helps families decide whether Feza is the right fit.

2. Apply & Submit Documents: Fill out the admission form and submit the required documents (birth certificate, photos, immunization record, etc.). Submitting these documents completes the application portion of the process. The next step is confirmation and enrollment.

3. Confirm & Enroll: Once approved, complete the fee payment to secure your child's spot—then get ready for the Feza journey to begin. The payment confirms the child's place in Feza. Discounts are available, including sibling discounts, alumni discounts, and early bird rates.
