Admission is open to students of all nationalities throughout the year. 1) Fill up the Application form. Complete the Application form and ensure that all necessary documents are included. The admissions staff will contact you within 1 business day to guide you through the process. 2) Application Fee Payment. Applications will only be accepted and reviewed once payment and all required documentation have been received. 3) ENTRANCE ASSESSMENT. All students joining the school must sit for an age-appropriate assessment and/or attend an admission interview upon application. The admissions staff will contact parents to arrange the assessment. 4) Issuance of Offer Letter. Applicants will be informed of the assessment status and a letter of offer will be given to successful applicants. 5) ACCEPTANCE & REGISTRATION FEE & DEPOSIT PAYMENT. Upon receipt of the Offer Letter, the Registration Fee and Refundable Deposits will be collected.
Pelican Grammar School is in Aldeia Mane Mesak, Suco Manleuana, Posto Administrativo Dom Aleixo, Dili, Timor-Leste. It is part of AQUILA Education, led by CEO Dr Gerard Kho. The Cambridge curriculum covers Primary, Secondary and IGCSE, with Lower and Upper Secondary planned for 2025. The program emphasises multilingual mastery, science, mathematics, digital skills, creative arts, sports and sustainable SEE values. The campus features a Kindergarten Learning Studio, technology-enabled Primary and Secondary classrooms, a Makerspace, Multipurpose Labs, a Library, and dedicated spaces such as an Art Room, Dance Studio, Play Garden, Garden View Cafeteria, Education Innovation Center and Infirmary. Mandarin is taught via YCT/HSK; English is supported through EAL. Chromebooks are provided and digital literacy is embedded.
