History

The school was founded by parents from diverse international backgrounds and offers an English-based education in the heart of Tunis. It emphasizes the well-being and holistic development of each student and aims to nurture every child as a unique individual. CIS is described as the pioneer of English-based international education in Tunisia and is the only Tunisian school accredited by Cognia and Pearson Edexcel. CIS holds licenses from Cambridge Assessment International Education and the Tunisian Ministry of Education and runs an Exams Centre offering Pearson, Cambridge, and IELTS registrations.

Community

The CIS community features extracurricular activities, trips, events, and clubs that broaden student interests and experiences. Located in Charguia 1, Tunis, CIS International School of Tunis offers English-based education for ages 3–18. It delivers Cambridge International Curriculum from Early Years to Upper Secondary (Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE, A Levels) and offers Pearson Edexcel IGCSE.
