Step 1. Admission is open for grade levels with available seats. Applicants must meet academic and behavioral standards set by the academic committee. HTIS is an inclusive school, welcoming students from all backgrounds and fostering diversity, mutual respect, and global awareness. The admissions process assesses fit with the program and community.
Step 2. Admission is initially considered after filling in the admission application. Parents or legal guardians must submit personal information and required documents in person at the registration office. The submission follows the procedures outlined by HTIS for admissions.
Step 3. Prepare four passport-size photos; copies of passport and residence permit for the applicant and parents; and proof of residence in Türkiye. Academic records require the last year's report for Primary (Grades 1–4), the last two years for Middle & High School, and the last three years for Grade 12. Certificates issued outside Türkiye must be certified by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country, and Turkish equivalency (Denklik) is required.
Step 4. The registration office is Kayabaşı, Ulubatlı Hasan Cd No. 9 D:1 B blok, 34494 Başakşehir/İstanbul. Parents or guardians must submit the required documents in person at this office as part of the admission process. The admissions process follows HTIS admissions procedures.
