Admission Requirements: Two passport-size photographs (Parent/Guardian and Student); Photocopy of Birth Certificate; Photocopy of Passport (For foreign students); Report Cards from the past two years; Payment of Admission Fee (Non-refundable). 5. Admission Package: Upon successful application, you will receive an Application Form & Admission Form; Student Health Record Form; Placement and Enrolment Policy; Financial Agreement & Fees Structure; School Calendar & Handbook. 6. Grade Placement Guide: The guide maps Cambridge year placement by age, from 3-4 years in Nursery/Reception through 16-18 years in Years 12-13, to guide year placement. 7. 1. 2025–2026 Scholarships: Horizon International School Jinja offers merit-based scholarships to high-performing Ugandan students with exceptional 2025 PLE results. 2. Scholarship Categories: 60% Academic Excellence (Aggregate 4 or 5) with 60% off tuition and 60% off boarding for entry to Year 8; 50% Merit Scholarship (Aggregate 6) with 50% off tuition and 50% off boarding for entry to Year 8. 3. Eligibility & Exclusions: Must be a Ugandan citizen with PLE results, Academic Merit of aggregates 4–6, and Year 8 entry; Excludes uniforms, external exam fees, co-curricular clubs and trips, personal expenses. 4. Duration & Continuity: Scholarship runs from Year 8 to Year 11 (IGCSE); continuation to A‑Level depends on merit in IGCSE; a Cambridge Checkpoint requirement of 45/50 in each subject in Year 9 to retain the scholarship. 5.
