Columbus International High School, located on a historic campus in northeast Columbus, offers a specialized education for students in grades nine through twelve. Established in 2010 as a member of the International Studies Schools Network, the school emphasizes a global perspective across its entire academic program. Students have access to over ten unique Advanced Placement credits and a robust selection of six world languages, including Russian, Korean, and Chinese. A signature feature of the school is the International Seminar, a series of research-based courses that culminate in a year-long international thesis project during the junior and senior years. This initiative allows students to perform original research on global issues while engaging in service projects and field trips. The campus occupies a landmark building in the residential Northland neighborhood, providing a stable local community for wide-reaching international exploration. This unique pathway prepares students for post-secondary success by integrating diverse cultural experiences with traditional college-preparatory academics.
