Tuition fees by school year / term

- The Hellenic Classical Charter Schools operate as tuition-free public charter schools for all grade levels they serve (Pre‑K through grade 8 across campuses). There is no annual or per‑term tuition charged to families.

Billing schedule and payment terms (for chargeable items and optional programs)

- Because the schools do not charge tuition, there is no regular tuition billing schedule or term billing for school attendance.
- Optional or incidental chargeable items (for example, uniform items sold in the main office, after‑school vendor programs, field trips, or PTA fundraising purchases) are billed at the time of purchase or by the program provider; payment timing and terms depend on the item or vendor and are handled at the point of sale or by the outside vendor administering the optional program.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not offered. Both campuses are day schools serving students locally; there are no boarding or residential options and therefore no boarding fees.

Other costs and fees (uniforms, optional program fees, PTA/fundraising)

- Uniforms: Specified uniform pieces and gym apparel are required; some school gym uniform items are sold through the main office. Example published prices for school gym items include a school gym T‑shirt (USD 10) and gym shorts (USD 15) when purchased through the school office. Families must provide required white dress shirts for performances and appropriate navy/black bottoms as described in the uniform policy.
- Optional after‑school / extended‑day programs: Aftercare/extended‑day programs are available as optional services; these programs are fee‑based and billed separately by the program or vendor. Specific rates for optional after‑school care vary by campus and provider and are charged directly to families who enroll.
- Field trips and extracurricular clubs: Certain trips, cultural events, and extracurricular activities may carry per‑activity fees or suggested contributions (often supported by fundraising or the Friends/ PTA). These optional costs are charged on a per‑event or per‑program basis when applicable.
- PTA / fundraising contributions and purchases: Parent‑organization fundraisers and PTA sales (for example, snack sales or gala ticketed events) represent optional costs for families; donation and event purchase details follow the PTA / Friends organization's published processes.

Refund information

- Uniforms and one‑time purchases made through the school main office are handled at point of sale; returns, exchanges, and any applicable refunds are administered by the school office according to the school office's established procedures for purchased items. Refund or return terms for third‑party vendors (for example, outside after‑school program providers or PTA vendors) follow those vendors' policies.

Fee payment options

- Payments for small school‑sold items are accepted at the school main office at time of purchase. Payment methods for donations, PTA purchases, or vendor programs vary by program and may include in‑person payment, check, or the payment methods provided by the external program vendor or fundraising platform. Families enrolling in optional fee‑based after‑school programs pay directly to the program provider according to that provider's accepted payment methods.

Summary statement

- The Hellenic Classical Charter Schools do not charge tuition and do not operate boarding programs. The only routine out‑of‑pocket amounts families should expect are for required uniform items (including gym apparel) and for any optional, fee‑based services or activities (aftercare, field trips, extracurricular vendors, PTA events). Specific prices for uniform items and optional programs are set at the time of sale or enrollment and billed by the office or by the external program provider.
