Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school publishes annual tuition amounts but does not list a single, publicly posted per-term billing schedule or a detailed payment-calendar on the tuition page. Payment-plan timing and installment mechanics are handled through the school's enrollment and billing process rather than as a fixed schedule on the public tuition page.

Boarding fees

- Lexington Montessori School is an independent day school serving ages 21 months to 14 years; there is no boarding program and therefore no boarding fees.

Other costs and fees (materials, trips, uniforms, etc.)

- Tuition is described as inclusive: no additional fees are billed for any school-hour activities, materials, and required trips during school hours. BASP (before/after care) is an extra cost as noted above. No separate uniform fee is published on the public admissions or tuition pages.

Refunds and withdrawal / refund information

- A specific, publicly posted refund or tuition-withdrawal policy (for partial refunds, last-day charges, or prorations) was not published on the school's public admissions or tuition pages. Details on refunds or withdrawal terms are handled in the school's enrollment/financial materials.

Fee payment options (credit card, bank transfer, electronic payment, etc.)

- Accepted payment methods (for example: credit card, ACH/bank transfer, check, or specific tuition-management vendor) are not listed on the publicly available admissions or tuition pages. Payment-method details are provided through the school's enrollment and billing system.

Financial aid process (need-based aid)

- Need-based financial aid is available; families apply through the school's financial-aid process using Clarity with an application deadline given (Clarity application by January 31, 2026 for the 2026–2027 cycle). Financial-aid notification is made with the admission decision.

Notes on currency and effective year

- The tuition figures above are published for the 2026–2027 school year (tuition information updated February 2026).

Summary of items not published on the public admissions/tuition pages

- No fixed application or registration fee amount is published.
- No explicit per-term fee table or fixed per-term billing amounts are published (annual rates are provided).
- No detailed public billing calendar or full payment-term schedule is published on the tuition page.
- No publicly posted payment-method list (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) or vendor name for tuition management is shown on the public pages.
- No publicly posted refund/withdrawal terms are shown on the public tuition or admissions pages.

If a record for any of these items is required for your database entry, those specific items are handled in the school's enrollment and financial documents rather than on the broadly published tuition page. The figures and BASP sample rates above are the published program tuition and sample BASP amounts for the academic years referenced.
