Back-to-school 2003 marked a turning point with the opening of a 158,000-square-foot facility that unified the Lycée Français de New York's campuses on a single site. The York Wing extension added 20,000 square feet of digitally-enabled flexible classrooms to support collaborative teaching and learning. The campus includes a 354-seat auditorium that hosts performances and the Cultural Center, a 225-seat cafeteria with a full-service kitchen, and a rooftop playground for elementary students. A digital media lab with a TV studio, production booth and editing bays, plus a makerspace with a digital printer, support hands-on learning and creative exploration.
There are two gymnasiums totaling more than 12,000 square feet with two regulation basketball courts. The athletic facilities support activities such as wall climbing, volleyball, soccer and gymnastics. A rooftop playground provides outdoor play space for elementary students. These spaces enable a broad athletic program across grade levels.

Co-curricular and after-school programs and clubs offer opportunities to develop talents beyond class time, including art, cooking, theater, music, writing, government, computer programming and engineering. After-school offerings include 68 clubs and 43 competitive sports teams across middle and high school. The Lycée also supports Social Entrepreneurship and an Artists-in-Residence program as part of its cultural and creative activities.
Lycée Français de New York is a bilingual day school serving ages 3 to 18, affiliated with AEFE and following the French Ministry of Education. The curriculum blends the French program with American links, delivering instruction in French and English and guiding students toward the French Baccalaureate in secondary grades (6–12) while offering AP courses. The school emphasizes project‑based learning, creative exploration, and rigorous academics, with language mastery supported by native‑speaking instructors and exposure to multiple languages, including Mandarin. STEAM is woven across all grades, supported by facilities such as a Makerspace and a Media Lab.
