Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application fees

- An application fee is required as part of the admissions checklist; the application must be completed before interviews or entrance-testing steps proceed.

Tuition fees (annual and per-payment detail, all grade levels 6–12)

- Annual tuition is published as three payment-plan amounts that apply to students in grades 6–12: Plan A — USD 52,000; Plan B — USD 53,000; Plan C — USD 54,000. Tuition under each plan is treated as the student's annual tuition charge.

- Plan A (single payment): USD 52,000 — full payment due by May 1, 2026.

- Plan B (two-payment option): USD 53,000 total; after the non-refundable deposit is applied, the remaining balance is scheduled as two payments of USD 25,000 due by May 1, 2026 and October 1, 2026. Plans B include finance charges.

- Plan C (monthly installment option): USD 54,000 total; after the non-refundable deposit is applied, the remaining balance is spread over ten monthly payments of USD 5,100 due May 1, 2026 through February 1, 2027. ACH enrollment is mandatory for Plan C. Plans C include finance charges.

- Tuition inclusions: tuition covers Breakfast Service, Lunch, and Core Digital Books.

Deposits, matriculation and registration fees

- A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE enrollment deposit of USD 3,000 is required and is applied toward the chosen tuition plan. Early Decision admits who enroll submit this USD 3,000 deposit by the Early Decision contract deadline.

- A Matriculation Fee of USD 500 is charged for new students (one-time).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment schedules follow the three published plans above (Plan A: single payment; Plan B: two payments; Plan C: ten monthly payments). Plan-specific due dates are published with each plan (see Plan A due date May 1, Plan B due dates May 1 and October 1, Plan C monthly dates May 1 to February 1 for the 2026–2027 schedule). Plans B and C include finance charges; the school's Business Office provides the applicable APR and plan terms. ACH is mandatory for the monthly plan (Plan C).

Boarding fees

- Palmer Trinity is an independent co-educational day school (grades 6–12). Boarding is not provided; therefore, no boarding fees apply.

Other costs and recurring charges

- Uniforms: a school uniform is required. Uniform items bearing the school logo are available through Lands' End (Palmer Trinity's Lands' End school code is listed in the new-family guide). Uniform purchases are an additional family expense.

- Transportation: a shuttle/bus service is offered with published routes; shuttle registration and any route-specific charges or registration steps are managed through the school's parent portal or transportation registration. Transportation-related charges are separate from tuition.

- Technology, tablets, books, and other incidentals: while “Core Digital Books” are included in tuition, families may incur additional charges for school-issued tablets, course-specific materials, elective or specialty program fees, extracurricular activities, travel and experiential trips, and certain supplies. Financial aid awards are not applied to books, uniforms, transportation, or the tablet, so those items are treated as additional family expenses.

- Extracurricular/activity fees, athletics-related costs, optional travel, and some program fees may be charged separately depending on participation; those are additional to published tuition.

Refund and withdrawal terms

- The USD 3,000 enrollment deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Published deadlines for withdrawing without further financial obligation are: for Early Decision applicants — January 5, 2026; for Returning and Regular Admission applicants — March 15, 2026. Withdrawing after the published deadlines may create a financial obligation according to the school's enrollment contract and billing terms.

Fee payment options and notes on finance charges

- ACH is required for Plan C (ten-month payment plan). Plans B and C include finance charges; the Business Office provides the annual percentage rate (APR) and plan terms for those options. The USD 3,000 deposit is applied to the selected tuition plan. Tuition billing and payment administration are managed through the school's billing platform and Business Office.

Summary of items families should plan for beyond published tuition

- USD 3,000 non-refundable deposit (applied to tuition), USD 500 matriculation fee for new students, uniform purchase costs, possible shuttle/transportation registration fees, technology/tablet costs, elective or activity fees, travel/experiential-program fees, and any finance charges attached to multi-payment plans. Core digital books, breakfast service and lunch are included in the published tuition.
