Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Choose a program (High School Online, Dual Program, or Athlete Program) and begin the application through the Gradelink platform. The High School Online, Dual, and Athlete programs all use Gradelink for admissions. This provides a centralized online admissions process for Woodlands Prep programs. Start your application using the Gradelink link on the Woodlands Prep site. 2. After starting the application, follow the step-by-step instructions that are sent by email to parents and students. These emails guide you through completing the admission requirements and next steps for the selected program. The email-guided process applies to the High School Online, Dual, and Athlete programs. Applicants should monitor their inbox for these messages. 3. For the High School Online Program, a tour can be scheduled through the SCHEDULE A TOUR option on the High School Online page using Calendly. This allows families to visit or learn more about the program before enrolling. The page shows the Calendly link for arranging a visit. Scheduling a tour is optional but encouraged for prospective families.
