We recognise that international families may relocate at short notice and require flexibility; contact Admissions directly for current placement availability. Step 2: Applications for the 2026-27 school year are open. If you plan to join us in August 2026, please submit your application now. The Apply Now portal is available to begin your application. Step 3: Eligible Applicants: Preschoolers must be at least two years of age by the first day of the 2026–2027 academic year. Preschool students aged three years and older are required to be fully potty trained. Students entering Transitional Kindergarten must be four years of age on or before September 1, 2026. Students entering Kindergarten must be five years of age on or before September 1, 2026.
Yew Chung International School Silicon Valley (YCIS Silicon Valley) delivers a bilingual Mandarin-English education for ages 2 to 14 within a non-profit American environment. The school offers EYFS, American, Singapore, and bespoke curricula, taught in English and Mandarin through a bilingual co‑teaching model that pairs English‑speaking and Mandarin‑speaking teachers. Students progress from preschool to middle school across two Mountain View campuses: an early childhood campus on East Middlefield Road and a K–8 campus on Easy Street.
