YCIS Silicon Valley operates two campuses in Mountain View: the ECE campus at 199 East Middlefield Road, Suite 100, and the K-8 campus at 310 Easy Street. The school offers a bilingual Mandarin-English program from preschool through middle school and emphasizes a hands-on, cross-campus learning approach. The Kindergarten program includes Art and Music classes weekly, with violin instruction beginning in kindergarten. Outdoor spaces include a playground equipped with items such as hula hoops, tricycles, balance bikes, blocks, a sandbox, and a large structure, while an indoor gym provides a climbing wall for physical activity. The school supports field trips and on-campus experiences that extend learning beyond the classroom.
There is an on-site indoor gym used for physical education. TK students have daily access to one indoor gym period in addition to outdoor play opportunities.
YCIS Silicon Valley provides a bilingual Mandarin-English program for students from early childhood through middle school, and offers Chinese Studies and a Music Program. Weekly Art and Music classes are provided for TK, and violin instruction begins in kindergarten. The campus structure supports a K-8 model with two campuses (ECE and K-8) and opportunities for cross-campus collaboration; Summer Camp is also offered.
YCIS hosts a range of cultural and family events throughout the year, including Founder's Day, Mid-Autumn Moon Festival, Imagination Day, Movie Nights, Read Across America, Arts Day, Science Day, Chinese New Year, and Winter and Spring Concerts, along with Field Day and End-of-Year Family Picnic. Learning is extended beyond the classroom through field trips, school events, performances and service projects.
Yew Chung International School Silicon Valley (YCIS Silicon Valley) delivers a bilingual Mandarin-English education for ages 2 to 14 within a non-profit American environment. The school offers EYFS, American, Singapore, and bespoke curricula, taught in English and Mandarin through a bilingual co‑teaching model that pairs English‑speaking and Mandarin‑speaking teachers.
