The Primary School Campus is in An Khanh Ward, An Phu area, Ho Chi Minh City, with the preschool campus nearby. The primary school comprises eight classrooms, each at least 60 square metres with abundant natural light, and a library corner in every classroom. It also houses shared learning facilities such as an indoor rock wall, a library, an audio-visual room and a sick bay. The ground floor includes an open assembly hall and a Fuel Your Mind coffee corner for students and parents, and the building is designed for interaction across different environments. A newly built primary school adjacent to the preschool comprises ten classrooms, each at least 60 square metres, with LCD projectors and IT visual devices. Facilities include an auditorium, cafeteria, library, art and music rooms, an outdoor playground and a sleeping lounge. All campuses are located near each other in An Khanh (An Phu), enabling smooth transitions across stages.
A football field is on site for physical education and football training, featuring a large umbrella-shaped shelter. A multi-purpose court is also available for activities.

Anne Hill International School’s Primary School (Years 1–6) in An Khanh, Thu Duc City, delivers the Cambridge Primary framework alongside the International Primary Curriculum (IPC). Lessons are taught in English, with Vietnamese Language & Culture (compulsory for Vietnamese students) and Mandarin (YCT standards) offered as additional languages.
