Step 1: Submit the signed and completed enrollment application (an online form is available), provide 02 passport photos, a certified Vietnamese birth certificate copy, a certified copy of a parent/guardian ID or passport, a certified copy of the student's household registration, two years of report cards and/or a transfer letter if transferring mid‑year, the original academic transcript (học bạ) and health certificate, and appropriate graduation certificates for entry to secondary levels.
Step 2: Pay the Enrollment Fee (Preschool & Grade 1: 500,000 VND; Primary & Secondary: 1,000,000 VND; IGCSE/A‑Level: 2,000,000 VND).
Step 3: The student completes the entrance assessment and/or interview (Preschool and Grade 1: interview with the Head of the grade; from Grade 2 upward: entrance test followed by interview).
Step 4: If admitted, the Admissions Office issues an official Letter of Admission and tuition invoice; enrollment must be confirmed within 5 working days, the invoice paid, and all required documents submitted; once the Letter of Admission is signed and fees are paid, enrollment is completed within 2 working days.
Talent Award: Up to 30% of tuition for all consecutive Elementary School years; available for students entering or already in Elementary in 2025–2026; eligibility includes strong English ability or Cambridge English testing, or excellence in academics and activities in Math, Vietnamese, and English, with proof of achievements required; interviews are conducted by EMASI's Assessment Committee. IGCSE & A‑Level Scholarships: Up to 100% of tuition for eligible students entering Grade 9 (IGCSE) or Grade 11 (A‑Level) in 2025–2026; eligibility requires positive conduct and excellent academic records; applicants must be Vietnamese nationals, Overseas Vietnamese, or dual‑citizens with Vietnamese citizenship; online registration and document submission are followed by examinations and an interview; results are announced via email. Scholarship for the Avant‑Garde: Up to 100% tuition for eligible students in Grades 5–11 (not participating in IGCSE/A‑Level programs). Focuses on outstanding extracurriculars or artistic abilities, demonstrated effort, and passion for learning, with an evaluation process mirroring the other scholarships (registration, examination, interview, and email results).
EMASI International Bilingual School is a group of private bilingual campuses in Ho Chi Minh City, with two main campuses—Nam Long in District 7 (Nam Long Residential Area, Tan Thuan Ward) and Van Phúc in Thu Duc City (Van Phúc Urban Area, Hiệp Bình Ward)—and a boarding-oriented EMASI Plus campus.
