Tuition fees — payment by semester / per term

- The school offers a semester payment option (semester 1 and semester 2). Parents may also pay the full annual tuition in a single installment (paying in full up front reduces the overall tuition by approximately 15% compared with semester payments). Late payment incurs a penalty of 0.05% per day on the outstanding balance. Specific semester invoice amounts, deadlines and any early‑bird offers are set in the published fee schedule and shown on the school's invoice.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment methods: bank transfer is accepted for school fees; parents are asked to include the student's full name and invoice number in the payment description. The school's published bank account details are provided for EMASI Nam Long and EMASI Vạn Phúc campuses. Application fees may be paid by bank transfer or by card at the school office.
- Deadlines and instalments: the fee schedule shows payment deadlines and multiple instalment deadlines (semester deadlines and dates for annual payment). If parents pay the full annual tuition at the start of the year they receive the indicated discount; otherwise semester deadlines and the school's published payment dates apply. Late enrolment rules: students enrolling after the academic year start will be charged full annual tuition if joining in Semester 1, or full Semester 2 tuition if joining in Semester 2. Late payments are subject to the stated daily penalty.

Boarding fees

- No boarding program or boarding fees are listed; there are no published boarding charges. Day schooling only.

Other recurring or one‑off fees and typical exclusions

- Annual learning materials fee: VND 6,000,000 per student (VND 12,000,000 for IGCSE / A‑Level students). This covers textbooks, international program books, reference materials, e‑learning subscriptions and specific course materials.
- Uniform fee (annual, example amounts published): typically VND 2,800,000 or VND 3,200,000 depending on the student level; the uniform pack includes multiple standard sets, PE sets and a hat and school bag for KG/Elementary, with slightly different inclusions for other levels. Personal items (meals, bus service, extracurriculars, trips, examination fees, after‑school services and other optional services) are not included in the tuition figure and are charged separately.
- Extracurricular activities, school meals, school bus and optional services: charged separately and not included in tuition totals; these are shown as separate service fees in the school's fee schedule.

Refund and withdrawal policy (fees)

- Refund eligibility requires submission of the school's Withdrawal Notification Form at least 60 days before the student's last day. The security deposit is refundable under that condition. The school does not refund semester tuition fees or late enrolment fees. The school will refund a percentage of the annual tuition fees for students who paid the full annual tuition; the refund percentage is calculated based on the student's last day and the published refund table. Parents who have already paid the full annual tuition and then withdraw the student must notify the school by the published deadline (for example by 31 May in the published schedule) to qualify for the refund less an amount equivalent to the security deposit; if notification is later the general withdrawal/refund table applies.

Discounts and concessions

- Sibling discount: 5% discount for the second child and 10% for the third child (and subsequent children) from the same family; the discount is applied to the tuition of the youngest child and can apply to semester or annual payments where applicable. Other discounts and special packages may have separate terms and cannot always be combined.
