MIS offers an enrichment program with after-school activities available to MIS students and the public. The program includes Arts – Painting and Sketching; Sports; Foreign Languages; Music and Movements; and Dance. STEM classes cover Coding, Circuitry, 3D-pen design, and Computer Science. Classrooms Without Walls / Field Trips extend learning beyond the classroom, and after-school enrichment subjects are designed to build concentration, life skills, language, and problem-solving abilities.
MIS provides arts-focused enrichment including Painting and Sketching; Music and Movements, which combines music with movement and often instrument work, as well as Dance classes that support self-expression and skill development. These offerings foster creativity and motor skills through hands-on activities and performance opportunities.
On the international campuses, MIS offers foreign language enrichment including French, Spanish, Vietnamese and Mandarin in full-day programmes and after-school activities. The Binh An Campus provides Vietnamese as the language of instruction, with English and Mandarin offered in full-day programmes and after-school activities. A Saturday Mandarin Adventures program is also listed as part of MIS's language activities.
Sports are a core part of enrichment, emphasizing physical skills and teamwork. Going out/Field trips extend learning beyond the classroom and foster social interaction and collaboration in new environments. These activities encourage socialization, teamwork, and healthy habits through regular participation in group activities.
MIS's charity program emphasizes developing sympathy and compassion. It runs a Giving Tree to collect donations for Christina Noble Children's Foundation and organizes a field trip to CNCF. MIS has supported Hoa Mau Don Orphanage for ten years, providing a Vietnamese Kindergarten program and ongoing donations.
Summer Camp includes eight weeks of activities with swimming and sports sessions to promote fitness and well-being. Regular enrichment offerings also include diverse outdoor and movement-based activities, field trips, and physical activities designed to keep students active and engaged.
Located in the An Phu ward of Thu Duc City, the Binh An Campus of the Montessori International School of Vietnam distinguishes itself by using Vietnamese as the primary language of instruction. This campus uniquely integrates the authentic Montessori method with the curriculum requirements of the Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training. While the core instruction is in Vietnamese, students are also introduced to English and Mandarin Chinese throughout the week. The facility is designed with specific attention to environmental comfort, featuring classrooms equipped with air purifiers. A notable highlight of this campus is its spacious outdoor garden, which spans over 100 square meters. This area includes a sandpit surrounded by trees, plants, and wooden decking, providing a natural setting for children to explore. The campus caters specifically to families living in the Binh An and An Phu areas who seek a Montessori education within a Vietnamese linguistic framework.
