Enrollment Process. Pathway School conducts the enrollment process attentively to ensure that parents and teachers understand the educational perspectives and teaching methods and have an effective cooperative relationship to best assist a child's development from preschool through middle and high school. There are four steps: 1) School information research. Pathway School provides general information about Pathway School on its site. After selecting a suitable campus, parents move to the next step. 2) Register for advice. After choosing a campus, parents fill in the registration form; the Division of Enrollment provides a detailed curriculum and fee policy and arranges a campus visit. This visit gives families an opportunity to discuss fit and next steps. 3) Take an input test. The Division of Enrollment schedules a testing day after registration. Content varies by level: Preschool tests cover age eligibility, psychological and physical readiness, plus English, Vietnamese, and Maths, with a conduct assessment; Primary tests include English, Vietnamese, and Maths, with a skill survey for Grade 1; Middle and High school tests assess English, Literature, Maths, and Psychology and require a certificate of completion of the primary program. 4) Finish the enrollment process. Parents submit enrollment documents and pay the required fees within seven days of receiving the test result. Enrollment documents include an enrollment form, an enrollment agreement, a child behavior questionnaire, a physical evaluation, three 3×4 photos, a copy of the birth certificate (or notarized translation if foreign), a copy of the family record book or passport (if foreign), school records and the most recent transcripts (except preschool), and a certificate of completion of the primary program (for middle school) or level 2 (for high school), plus a transfer letter if applicable. Notices: The enrollment documents must be sufficient and authorized by the school's stipulations; students' academic results and conduct provided by parents will be checked and evaluated by the Division of Enrollment.
