Refunds, retention (bảo lưu), transfers and cancellation rules (key points)
- Seat reservation fee (VND 20,000,000) is non-refundable and will not be converted or retained if the student does not enroll.

- Uniforms or books that have not been received by the student are refundable at 100%.

- Refunds for unused meal fees are calculated by day (Junior secondary: VND 95,000/day; Senior secondary: VND 100,000/day).
