Enrollment Process. Pathway School conducts the enrollment process attentively to ensure that parents and teachers understand the educational perspectives and teaching methods and establish an effective cooperative relationship to best assist a child's development from preschool through middle and high school. There are four steps: 1) Find out information about Pathway School; 2) Register for advice; 3) Take an input test; 4) Finish the enrollment process. Step 1: School information research. Pathway School provides general information about its programs and campuses online, and parents can review the list of campuses. The Division of Enrollment will provide a detailed curriculum and fee policy and arrange a campus visit. Step 2: Register for advice. After choosing a suitable campus, parents fill in the registration form, and the Division of Enrollment will provide a detailed curriculum and fee policy and set up a campus visit. Step 3: Take an input test. The content of the input test depends on the level: Preschool tests cover English language, Vietnamese language, Maths, and a skill survey (Grade 1); Primary school tests cover English language, Vietnamese language, Maths; Middle and High school require a Certificate of finishing the primary program and the student's conduct must be fairly good or better, with the test including English, Literature, Maths, and Psychology. Step 4: Finish the enrollment process. Parents submit enrollment documents and pay the required fees within seven days of receiving the test result. The enrollment documents include: Enrollment form; Enrollment Agreement; Child behavior questionnaire; Physical Evaluation; 3×4 photos; Copy of birth certificate (extract) or notarized translation if foreign; Copy of Family Record Book or Passport (if foreign); School Record and most recent score transcripts (except preschool); Certificate of completion of Primary program (for middle school) or Level 2 (for high school); Transfer recommendation letter (for transfer students). Notices: The enrollment documents must be sufficient and authorized by the school's stipulation, and students' academic results and conduct provided by parents will be checked and evaluated by the Division of Enrollment.
