2. Register for a consultation. Information on campuses is available on the Pathway School system page. After selecting a suitable campus, parents fill in the consultation registration here. The Admissions team provides details about the program, fee policies, and arranges campus visits.
3. Entrance knowledge test. After information gathering and registration for the admissions process, the Admissions department arranges an entrance test. For Preschool, the test covers age in line with MOET regulations, psychology, and physical development. For Primary, the test covers age per MOET, conduct, English, Vietnamese, Mathematics, and a skills assessment (for Grade 1). For Secondary, the test covers age per MOET, completion of Primary, conduct (Good or higher), English, Literature, Mathematics, and Psychology.
4. Complete enrollment procedures. Parents submit enrollment documents and pay the fees within 7 days after receiving the test results. Enrollment documents include: Enrollment Application; Enrollment Agreement; Child Psychology Questionnaire; Health Check; three 3x4 photos; a copy of the birth certificate (extract) or certified translation if foreign; a copy of the household registration or passport if foreign; the most recent report card/transcript (except for Preschool); a certificate of completion of Primary School (for Junior High) or Level 2 certificate (for High School); and a transfer letter if transferring. Note: Enrollment documents must be complete and valid per school requirements; the Admissions team will verify prior academic records and conduct.
