Built on a 7.1-hectare site in Halong Urban Area, Hung Thang Ward, Halong City, Quang Ninh province. It hosts KinderWorld International Kindergarten and Singapore International School, offering international and integrated education programmes from Pre-Nursery upwards for both Vietnamese and foreign students. The school provides a study pathway from Pre-Nursery to Year 12. It commenced in August 2016.
A soccer field is available on campus (Soccer Field SIS @ Ha Long). The field is listed among campus facilities. The site includes a Multipurpose Hall suitable for indoor activities and events. These spaces support regular physical education and school sports.
Academic facilities include the SIS Library, a Science Laboratory, a Music Room, and an Art Room. There are multiple SIS classrooms and a SIS Multi-Media Room. Singapore International School provides a range of after-school activities designed to develop students' interests and talents. Activities run from 4:15 to 5:00 p.m. most days after school, and the range varies each term. A small fee is charged to cover the costs of running the after-school activities programme. The After School Club Programme focuses on academic excellence and offers activities in sporting, artistic and cultural pursuits. Some clubs change each term while others are ongoing.
