Application / registration and entrance fees

- Registration (non-refundable): ZMW 5,000 per new admission.
- Assessment (entrance) fee: ZMW 500 per student.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is charged as an annual fee but may be paid termly according to the following standard schedule: Term 1 (40% of annual tuition) due 1 August; Term 2 (40%) due 1 January; Term 3 (20%) due 1 April.
- For new admissions the percentage payable depends on the term of admission: Term 1 admission — 40% (Term 1) / 40% (Term 2) / 20% (Term 3); Term 2 admission — 40% (Term 2) / 27% (Term 3); Term 3 admission — 34% (Term 3). If admission occurs after mid‑term, 50% of the ongoing term's fee is payable.
- A 5% discount applies for advance (annual) payment of the full annual tuition. A 5% sibling discount is available (applied to the lower‑grade child/children). A 5% discount on Term 1 tuition is available to students who have completed at least one academic year at the school. Payment plans for returning students may be offered by the accounts office but attract a 10% levy. All late payments beyond due dates attract a 10% late fee levy.
- Students whose fees are not paid by the start of term will be excluded from class; continued non‑payment for two weeks may result in removal from the register and forfeiture of deposit(s).

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not listed in the published fee schedule; no boarding fees are specified. Families should assume the school is day‑only unless a boarding fee schedule is provided separately.

Other costs and charges (not included in tuition)

- The annual tuition does not include uniforms, meals/tuck shop, field trips, stationery, or textbooks; these costs are additional and charged separately as they arise. Examination fees for Checkpoint, IGCSE and A‑Level/AS are not included and will be billed when applicable. Other incidental fees (activities, camps, transport, medical, optional trips) are charged in addition where applicable.

Refund information

- Security deposit: refundable provided one full term's written notice of withdrawal is given and no books or equipment are lost or damaged.
- Term fees: non‑refundable if the student has attended any length of time in the term. A term fee that has been paid may be refunded only if the student does not attend at all during the term and a term's written notice of withdrawal is submitted.
