Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is payable either annually or in three termly instalments. When paid termly, invoices are issued in advance for each term and are due before the start of the following term. Typical invoice and payment dates used in the published schedule are: invoice dated 1 August (payment due 20 August) for term 1 (September–December); invoice dated 1 November (payment due 20 November) for term 2 (January–March); invoice dated 1 March (payment due 20 March) for term 3 (April–June). Annual payment due dates are also shown (annual payment deadlines appear in the published schedule).
- A monthly payment facility may be offered on request; monthly instalments are due before the 5th of each month and must be requested before the invoice due date through the school's administration. Non‑payment or failure to agree a payment plan can lead to the student being refused admission to class for the relevant term.
- Discounts: a 2.5% reduction on tuition is applied where the full annual invoice is paid according to the stated annual payment deadline; families with three or more children receive a 25% reduction in tuition from the third child onwards.

Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Boarding is not listed among the school's regular offerings; the school operates as a day school for nursery through high school. No boarding fee schedule is published.

Other costs and charges
- Initial registration fees do not cover all incidental costs: insurance and certain school supplies are additional budget items identified in the school's financial regulations. Parents should expect charges for compulsory insurance and for some annual school supplies or material packs.
- For students taking courses through the CNED (exam classes), an upfront CNED deposit of EUR 1,000 is required by the stated deadline; that amount is deducted from the first term's tuition.
- Other possible additional charges that are commonly indicated in the school's financial regulations include fees for extra‑curricular activities, specific project or trip contributions, and any bespoke materials or examination registration fees; these are handled and invoiced separately.

Refund information
- The initial registration fee for a new pupil is explicitly non‑refundable. Other refund or credit arrangements (for example how prepayments are treated if a family withdraws a child) are addressed in the school's financial regulations and in normal practice are handled according to the invoicing and withdrawal rules set out by the administration. The CNED deposit is treated as a prepayment and is deducted from the first term's tuition when required materials are ordered.

Fee payment options and currency
- Tuition amounts are expressed in Euros; payments may be accepted in Euro equivalents in Zambian Kwacha or US dollars with the exchange rate specified on each invoice. The chancellery exchange rate used for conversion is adjusted on the first day of each month and the invoice states the applicable rate. Specific payment methods and the school's bank or payment details are provided on individual invoices. A monthly instalment plan is available by arrangement.

Note: the school's financial regulations set out the full terms, including exact invoicing wording, late‑payment consequences, and the complete list of ancillary charges. For clarity when arranging payment, use the invoice and the administration contact details shown on the school's communications.
