Fees

Annual tuition at Hellenic Academy ranges from ZWL 10 to ZWL 8,325 for 2026/27.

Application fees

- Form 1: USD 50.
- Forms 2, 3 and 4: USD 10.
- Sixth Form (Lower Six / Upper Six) application fee: USD 10.

Tuition fees by year group (term / year)

- The school charges tuition on a termly basis (the academic year is organised in three terms); however, a published, itemised fee schedule showing separate tuition amounts for each Form (Form 1–4 and Lower/Upper Sixth) for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 academic year was not available in the school's public materials.

- Indicative termly figures reported by public third‑party listings (for recent years) place Hellenic Academy's termly tuition in the range of approximately USD 2,775 to USD 4,000 per term. These figures are third‑party reports and are presented here as commonly cited termly estimates where a school-published breakdown is not available.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition and all school fees and levies are payable in advance or on the first day of each term. Parents accept responsibility for payment of all school fees and levies and must give one term's written notice in the event of withdrawing a pupil; failure to give one term's written notice results in forfeiture of one term's fees.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable: Hellenic Academy is a day school. No boarding fee schedule applies.

Other costs and recurring additional charges

- Application fees are non‑refundable.

- The school charges additional levies and other fees beyond tuition (described generally as "fees and levies" in school documents). Typical additional costs that parents should budget for include: school uniform and sports kit, textbooks and workbooks, examination fees, activity/extra‑curricular charges, trips and excursions, stationery, and any instrument hire or specialist subject charges. The school's pupil handbook describes uniform requirements and the application form and school notices make reference to fees and levies being payable in addition to tuition.

- Examination fees are commonly charged separately by the school; scholarship programmes that partner with Hellenic reference termly school fees and examination fees as distinct items.

Refunds and notice

- The application fee is explicitly non‑refundable.

- If a pupil is withdrawn without giving the required one term's written notice, the school requires forfeiture of one term's fees in lieu of notice. This is the school's published payment/notice condition.

Accepted payment methods and practical payment details

- The school accepts cash and electronic payments; application materials indicate payment by cash, RTGS, or swipe (card terminal) for application fees.

- School-related payments (events, tournament entries and other receipts) have been processed via bank transfers to the school's accounts (local bank accounts and Nostro accounts with SWIFT details are used for some payments), showing that bank transfer / wire (including SWIFT for international payments) is used for school receipts. Parents may also use local electronic transfers (RTGS) or card swipe where available.

Summary of findings and availability of detailed rates

- The school's publicly available application and admissions forms clearly set out application fees, the timing of fee payments (advance or on the first day of term) and the school's notice/forfeiture policy. Published, itemised tuition rates by specific Form (Form 1–4, Lower Six, Upper Six) for the 2026/27 academic year (or for 2025/26) were not found in the school's public documents; where third‑party listings exist they report termly tuition figures typically in the range USD 2,775–4,000 per term as an indicative guide.
