Application fees
- An application fee of USD 50.00 is payable for applications (this amount is listed for Lower 6 and general admissions).
Tuition fees by year group (term and annual amounts)
- The College does not publish a full term-by-term or year-by-year tuition table publicly; the current term and annual tuition amounts for each year group (Form 1 / Year 8 through Upper Six / Year 13) are provided directly by the College's accounts office on request. Parents receive a school fee invoice for the term when a place is confirmed.
- For Lower 6 (Year 12) applicants there is a stated acceptance process that requires payment of a deposit of USD 1,800 together with the term fees at finalisation; the College issues the Lower 6 term invoice at the time of finalising a place. This deposit is presented as a required payment to confirm a place.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fee invoices are issued per term; parents are expected to collect or receive the School Fee invoice from the Accounts Office before the start of the term into which the pupil is entering. Where an acceptance deposit is required, it must be paid by the deadline set by the Registrar/Accounts Office.
- The College explicitly states that acceptance deposits required to confirm a place are non-refundable. Where the College requires a non-refundable deposit to secure admission, that deposit is retained by the College.
Boarding fees
- St George's College operates a Boarding Department (the College reports a boarding population of over one hundred students). Boarding fees are part of the overall fee schedule but the specific boarding fee amounts are not published in the publicly available fee pages; the accounts office provides the boarding tariff as part of the current fee schedule on request.
Other costs and fees
- Uniforms: the College operates a College Uniform Shop and uniform costs are charged separately; parents are required to purchase the specified uniform items.
- Textbooks, stationery and bookstore items are handled through the College's bookshop/bookstore arrangements and are additional to tuition; parents are responsible for these costs unless otherwise specified on the invoice. The College handbook and admissions material identify the bookstore and stationery as separate costs.
- Co-curricular costs (for certain trips, service projects, optional activities and some extracurricular items) are charged separately where applicable; Lower 6 enrolment information references a mandatory service project period that may involve costs for travel or project expenses handled as part of term billing or separate invoices.
Refund information
- Where the College requires a non-refundable deposit to secure a place, that deposit is non-refundable. No publicly posted comprehensive refund schedule for term fees or other fees was found on the College's fee pages; specific refund terms for tuition, boarding or other fees are supplied in the College's formal fee schedule and invoice terms available from the Accounts Office.
Fee payment options and cashier details
- Accepted payment methods: cash or card (swipe) at the St George's College Cashier's Office; bank transfers are accepted using the bank details provided by the Accounts Office (parents must submit proof of payment).
- Cashier office hours (as published): Mondays to Thursdays 07:00–14:00 and Fridays 07:00–12:00 (these hours are published as the typical cashier times and may change). For bank transfer details or to submit proof of payment, parents are instructed to email the accounts office.
Contacts for fee documentation and current schedule
- The College issues a current detailed fee schedule (tuition by year group, boarding tariffs, term amounts, and the billing timetable) through its Accounts Office and Registrar; the Accounts Office and Registrar email addresses are listed for fee enquiries and to request the current school fee structure.
Summary of what is available and what must be requested
- Available as published for the 2025/26 admissions material: an application fee of USD 50.00 and a Lower 6 acceptance deposit amount of USD 1,800 are explicitly stated. The College confirms the existence of term invoices, non-refundable acceptance deposits, a uniform shop, a bookstore, and a boarding department.
- Not publicly posted: detailed tuition and boarding amounts broken down by year group (term and annual figures) and a full public refund schedule. The comprehensive term-and-year fee table, boarding tariffs and any applicable discounts or payment-plan terms are provided by the Accounts Office as the College's current fee schedule.
