Billing schedule and payment terms

- All school fees are due on or before the first day of each term; fees are billed termly in advance.
- The School may offer specific payment terms in exceptional cases; such arrangements must be approved by the Headteacher. Failure to meet agreed payments may result in removal from the register and potential legal action.
- Parents/Guardians must give written notice three months prior to withdrawal of a place; in the absence of the required notice a full term's fees become payable.
- The registration fee must be paid within the timeframe stated when an offer is made; the registration payment is applied to the School's general fund.

Other costs and compulsory charges

- Uniforms, recommended school books, sports kit and scholastic equipment are required purchases; parents are responsible for replacing lost or damaged items and may be billed for replacements.
- Some year‑group activities incur compulsory additional charges: for example, a compulsory Year 12 leadership/camp charge of USD 250.00 is listed for that activity; other cultural or leadership tours are run periodically at additional cost (examples cited at roughly USD 1,400.00 for certain trips).
- The School may bill for incidental items (lost/damaged books, extra‑curricular trip fees, selected academy subscriptions) on the next term's invoice.

Refunds and cancellation / withdrawal rules

- The application fee is non‑refundable.
- Withdrawals must be notified in writing in line with the School's stated notice period; if required notice is not given a full term's fees will be charged. All standard withdrawal and fee obligations set out in the School's admissions/contract terms apply.

Fee payment methods and practical instructions

- Local online payments: Paynow payment facility (accepting Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards via the Paynow flow) and Zimswitch, EcoCash, Telecash and One Money payment methods for local payers.
- In‑person payments at the Bursar's Office: cash or card accepted.
- Bank transfers are accepted; parents should contact the Bursar/Accounts office for the School's bank details when required.
- The School requests that only one payment be made per child when using the online payment facility and that receipts are retained for record‑keeping.

Notes on calculation and presentation

- Annual tuition and boarding figures are given above in USD as listed by the School. Per‑term figures shown are arithmetic divisions of the annual amounts by three to correspond with the School's three‑term calendar; these per‑term numbers are provided to show typical termly billing amounts.
