Application / Registration fee
- ALL 30,000 — registration fee (Iscrizione). Textbooks and one uniform polo are included for families that complete registration by June 30 preceding the school year.
Tuition fees (annual) — by attendance pattern and school cycle
- ALL 410,000 — annual tuition for full‑time attendance (8:00–15:30). This full‑time rate applies to all levels: Scuola dell'Infanzia, Scuola Primaria and Scuola Secondaria di primo grado.
- ALL 350,000 — annual tuition for part‑time attendance (8:00–13:10). This part‑time rate is available only for Scuola dell'Infanzia and Scuola Primaria.
Meals and optional services
- ALL 73,500 — optional school catering (mensa) annual charge. The mensa service operates in the 13:10–13:40 time slot.
- ALL 600 per day — occasional use of the mensa for students not enrolled in the mensa. ALL 500 per day — occasional use of after‑school care for students not enrolled in full‑time.
Sibling, staff and special reductions
- Sibling reduction: the annual fee for a later‑enrolled sibling is half (50%) of the fee paid for the previously enrolled sibling.
- Children of full‑time employees: 50% reduction on the annual fee.
- A one‑off reduction of ALL 100,000 on the annual fee applies to students who registered before 31 July 2021 (where the reduction condition applies).
Other costs and exclusions
- Cost of didactic materials and additional uniforms beyond the included polo are not included in the annual fees and are charged separately.
- Bank transfer fees and other bank commissions are payable by the payer. For payments made in EUR, the Bank of Albania exchange rate at the date of the transfer is applied.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- A first instalment (prima rata) is required at registration; the school operates an online ordering/payment system for instalments and services (prima rata items appear as purchasable products). Specific instalment amounts for individual families are issued by the school at enrolment.
- For students who transfer during the school year, billing is calculated by calendar month: for each calendar month a charge equal to one‑tenth of the annual fee is applied for all chosen services.
- The school issues and enforces the required payment mandate for the first instalment as part of the admission process.
Payment methods and options
- Bank transfer is accepted in Albanian Lek (ALL) and in Euro (EUR) to the school's IBAN accounts.
- Card payments (credit/debit cards) are accepted via the bank that processes payments on behalf of the school; the school also supports online payment flows for specified services. All card processing is handled by the bank/payment processor.
Boarding
- Boarding services are not provided by the school; boarding fees are not applicable. The institution operates as a day school with scheduled school hours.
Refunds and adjustments
- If the school is unable to provide a purchased service, a full refund of the amount paid is provided for that service. For other adjustments, the school applies monthly billing rules for students who join or leave during the school year (one‑tenth of the annual fee per calendar month billed).
- Exam/assessment fees for external certification (PLIDA) follow their specific rules; the PLIDA registration fee is non‑refundable except in tightly defined medical or documentary circumstances described in the PLIDA rules.
Practical notes for parents (fees only)
- Amounts are listed in Albanian Lek (ALL). Payments in EUR are converted using the Bank of Albania exchange rate on the date of the transfer; any bank commissions must be paid by the sender.
- The school requires the receipt of the first instalment as part of the registration completion process.
