It is managed by two full-time tutors—one in charge of academic performance and one for pastoral care—and is supervised 24 hours a day. BCA offers a daily transport service to and from the school which is organised around the needs of families requesting the service. Modern buses are used and comply with safety rules concerning the transportation of children, and the route is supervised by a BCA-employed monitor to guarantee the students are well looked after.

There are no boarding facilities nor residency arrangements with host families.

All students wear the BCA school uniform. Year 12 and 13 have a dress code requiring business-style attire: jacket and/or smart jumper/cardigan and/or smart coat, smart trousers or knee-length skirt with tights, plain collared shirt or blouse, and smart shoes; the jacket may be omitted in warm weather. On PE days, wear the BCA PE kit; on approved non-uniform days, casual dress may be allowed.

Lunch is freshly cooked on site every day and a healthy morning snack is provided.
