Application (one-time) fees
- Registration (cuota única de inscripción) charged once at completion of the admission process and non‑refundable except where the school cancels the admission:

Enrollment / matriculation fee (Matrícula)
- The matrícula equals one monthly tuition installment for the course level and is payable in January (due date stated in the contract). The matrícula amounts (standard and reduced if paid via automatic bank debit) are:
- Initial — Sala 2/3/4 years: ARS 83,830.00 (standard) / ARS 80,480.00 (automatic debit).
- Educación Inicial (extended initial level): ARS 99,490.00 / ARS 95,510.00.
- Primary 1º–3º grade: ARS 111,680.00 / ARS 107,210.00.
- Primary 4º–5º grade: ARS 129,100.00 / ARS 123,930.00.
- Primary 6º grade: ARS 143,260.00 / ARS 137,530.00.
- Secondary 1º year: ARS 158,660.00 / ARS 152,310.00.

- The matrícula is refundable in full if the family withdraws the registration before the date specified in the contract for that year (contract examples show a mid‑February cutoff) or if the school cancels the registration. The matrícula is not prorated for mid‑year entry.
Tuition (aranceles) — monthly and annual
- Tuition is billed in eleven (11) consecutive monthly installments (February through December), each installment due on the 5th of the month (installments paid by automatic debit follow the bank's debit schedule). The published monthly tuition (standard / automatic debit) matches the matrícula amounts above. Annual tuition (sum of 11 monthly installments) therefore equals monthly amount × 11. Examples:
- Initial — Sala 2/3/4 years: ARS 83,830.00 per month → ARS 922,130.00 per year (standard). ARS 80,480.00 per month → ARS 885,280.00 per year (automatic debit).
- Educación Inicial: ARS 99,490.00 per month → ARS 1,094,390.00 per year (standard). ARS 95,510.00 per month → ARS 1,050,610.00 per year (automatic debit).
- Primary 1º–3º: ARS 111,680.00 per month → ARS 1,228,480.00 per year (standard). ARS 107,210.00 per month → ARS 1,179,310.00 per year (automatic debit).
- Primary 4º–5º: ARS 129,100.00 per month → ARS 1,420,100.00 per year (standard). ARS 123,930.00 per month → ARS 1,363,230.00 per year (automatic debit).

- Tuition invoices are generated monthly; the educational contract is annual and monthly installments remain due even if the pupil leaves during the year (no proration of previously invoiced months).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition (aranceles) is invoiced in 11 monthly installments from February through December, due on the 5th of each month when paid by bank deposit/transfer.
- If paid by automatic debit in the linked bank account, the debit schedule may show a due/debit date that operates (per contract) on the 7th of the month; reduced amounts for matrícula/arancel apply when debit automatic is used.
- Late payment generates administrative charges calculated on the active 30‑day discount rate in pesos charged by the Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires; prolonged arrears may suspend discounts and may condition continuation of certain activities or school services.
- Sibling discount schedule (applies where same billing account holder is responsible for multiple children): first sibling 20%; second sibling 40%; third sibling 60%; fourth sibling 80%; fifth sibling 100% (subject to on‑time payment conditions).
Boarding
- St. Hilda's College does not publish boarding fees; the school presents itself as a day school and the contract and fee schedules make no provision for boarding charges.
Other costs and optional charges
- Mandatory or occasional additional charges that may be invoiced when applicable:
- Educational scholarship insurance (covers matrícula and tuition in case of insured parent's death or total permanent disability): ARS 2,540.00 per pupil per month (value referenced as of January 2023).
- Extracurricular workshops (music, sports): optional; fees announced when activity is scheduled.
- Lunch / catering: optional; price announced at start of the year (different modalities available).
- International exam fees (Cambridge IGCSE, AS/A level and related diplomas): charged when applicable; examples given for reference in earlier contract years (values quoted in pesos and USD for 2022/2023 examples).
- Study trips, camps and representation trips: optional; costs announced at time of each activity.
- Didactic materials (books, workbooks): mandatory; costs announced but capped so they do not exceed 15% of the monthly tuition without discounts.
- School photos and other optional services: charged when offered.
- Damages or loss of school property (books, computers, etc.) are charged to the family at replacement cost.
Refunds and cancellations
- Registration fee (cuota única de inscripción) is charged once and is non‑refundable except where the school exercises its admission cancellation right within the first year.
- Matrícula (enrollment payment) is refundable in full if the family withdraws before the contractual cutoff date set each year (contracts give a mid‑February deadline as the applicable example) or if the school cancels the registration.
- Monthly tuition already billed remains due for the contract year; the contract clarifies that the service agreement is annual and obligations persist even if the pupil stops attending.

- Automatic bank debit (direct debit) is available; families must sign the adhesion form available from the Administration. Automatic debit gives a reduced fee option for matrícula and arancel as shown above and debits operate on the bank's schedule (contract notes debit date as the 7th when processed via this system).
- The contract also allows for other payment modalities defined by the Administration; specific card payment acceptance is not enumerated in the contract excerpt.
- The school invoices monthly and payments via the indicated bank accounts are due on the invoice due date.
