Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and related fees are billed in advance and collected in 10 instalments per year (monthly instalments). The school uses an authorised direct-debit (Einzugsermächtigung) arrangement and these amounts are debited from the payer's account by the 10th of each month.
Boarding fees (Internat)
- Internatsbeitrag (boarding contribution): EUR 1,090.00 per month (10 instalments per academic year) — equivalent to EUR 10,900.00 per school year. The boarding fee does not include the tuition fee.
- The boarding provision accepts students from approximately 13 years of age and operates Sunday to Friday.
Other compulsory or regular costs
- School meals (midday catering): two-course meal with drink EUR 8.70; salad/bread or noodle/rice buffet option EUR 5.80. (Separate primary-school lunch prices may differ.)
- Ganztagesbetreuung / Tagesheim (under‑school day care) — example: a monthly contribution for 1 day/week including lunch and afternoon snack is EUR 78.20; additional days are pro rata.
- Sibling discount: for the third and youngest child attending the school, tuition is reduced by 50% (apply via the school's fee office).
School clothing / uniform
- A uniform is required from the 5th school grade upward. Uniform items (poloshirt/blouse/ shirt, knitwear, trousers/skirts, sports clothing) are sourced from a single approved supplier and organised sales/fitting events are held for parents. Specific retail prices for uniform items are not published in the school fee schedules.
Refunds and reductions
- Childcare/aftercare fees are charged according to the registered arrangement; the aftercare contribution is described as non‑refundable in parental information documents.
- There is a formal process to apply for tuition-fee reductions for families in need; details and the application form are handled through the school's office. A 50% reduction applies for the third and youngest child in the family.
Fee payment options and contacts
- The primary collection method stated is direct debit (authorised Einzugsermächtigung) with debits executed by the 10th of the month. Other specific payment methods (credit card, online card payment) are not listed in the published fee notice; accounting and billing are handled by the school's finance office.
Summary of practical points for parents
- Expect an initial enrolment payment of EUR 95 after a provisional offer.
- Budget for monthly instalments (10 per year) equal to the amounts listed above for the relevant form; annual costs equal the monthly amount multiplied by 10.
- If boarding is required, add the boarding contribution (EUR 1,090.00 monthly, billed 10 times per year) in addition to tuition.
If a specific detail (for example, published uniform prices, a general written refund policy for tuition, or alternative payment methods beyond direct debit) is required and is not shown in the school's published fee documents, please contact the school's finance/accounting office (Buchhaltung) or the International School office for that item.
