SALIS is the International Programme at Bundesgymnasium Zaunergasse (BGZ) in Salzburg. It is Salzburg's first public international school and operates within BGZ as a state-day-school. SALIS serves about 55 nationalities. Ages 10–14 are taught in English and German, helping international pupils master German while German-speaking children gain English proficiency. From ages 15–18, English is the main language of instruction.
