3. Feedback and Next Steps: Following the interview, you will receive a response from us within a few days. If a place is available, we will send you the school contract for your review and signature. 4. Introduction Days: In the summer semester before school begins, all accepted children will be invited to attend two introduction days. On these days, the children experience the real school day, get to know their future classmates and teachers, and gain a first impression of our learning environment. Detailed information regarding dates and schedule will be provided to all accepted families in due time.

AMAVIDA Scholarship: It is a special concern of ours and completely in the spirit of Maria Montessori to be able to offer each child that possibility to be enrolled in our school. As a private school we are also a business organization and have to charge school fees in order to be able to finance the school at all. Nevertheless, we would like to make a qualified contribution to the integration and social permeability of our society and award two partial scholarships for the school year 2023/24 for families who would like to have their children attend the AMAVIDA Montessori School, but whose financial means are not sufficient to cover the full school expenses. The scholarship awarded will be valid until the 6th grade, although the requirements will be reviewed on a yearly basis. The application for the school year 2023/24 can be submitted until 28.02.2023 at the latest. For this purpose, the application form must first be filled out. In addition, we request a letter of motivation from the parents explaining why they have chosen Montessori education. Afterwards, our pedagogues would like to get to know the child ("trial day") and we will invite the parents to a personal interview.

This scholarship is a one-time opportunity for children who value multilingualism and are able to use German and English at native-speaker level in a German-speaking and/or international environment. The application deadline is 31 March 2025 at 23:59. Requirements include reaching the compulsory school age (six years by 01 September 2025), general school readiness, and good German; English knowledge at an age-appropriate level is advantageous; a motivation letter must be attached/uploaded (or emailed to direktion@meridianschool.at). The subsidy provides a monthly grant of EUR 389 toward tuition (12 times per year), resulting in EUR 698 payable per month. AEFE scholarship: This tuition assistance is available to French families who apply to the French Consulate in Austria and are registered in the Register of French Nationals Living Abroad; qualification is means-tested. The scholarship application for one school year is processed from February of the prior school year. The 2026–2027 campaign runs with a deadline of February 20, 2026 for receipt by the Consular Section. Families may submit either an initial application for enrollment for the 2026 school year or a renewal application if their child already receives grants for 2025–2026. General eligibility includes French nationality, registration in the Register of French Nationals Living Abroad, residence with family in Austria, being at least 3 years old on December 31, 2025 (for Kindergarten), and enrollment at Lycée de Vienne, with award contingent on household resources. The school uniform is required. Current items include dark blue trousers or a dark blue skirt with dark blue tights, a dark blue sweater or gilet, and a dark blue jumper with MCA lettering. Polo shirts, turtlenecks, shirts and blouses come in various colours with a sewn-on school logo. The uniform collection is on display in the secretary's office and can be ordered there; orders should be placed about three weeks before the start of school; there is only a small stock of each size on site.

Meals at school are provided by Max Catering. They use locally produced ingredients and prepare nutritionally balanced meals daily; around 120 kilograms of fruits and vegetables are used weekly; the menu avoids pork to respect other religions; meals can be adapted for allergies or chronic conditions; the meals are free from artificial flavours, glutamates and colourants.

The school operates as a denominational private school with public status on the International Campus Vienna. It is a confessional public school with organisational statute and public law.
