Extras and other recurring charges

- Pampers (applicable for Pre‑Nursery): charged as an additional fee; VAT applies.
- School uniform: listed as an additional fee; VAT applies.
- Late Supervision: BHD 30 per month when applicable.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- All fees are payable in advance. Payment deadlines are set in advance of each term:
- Term 1 (term dates: Sep to Nov) — payment deadline: April.
- Term 2 (term dates: Dec to March) — payment deadline: September.
- Term 3 (term dates: March to June) — payment deadline: December.
- The school reserves the right to restrict a child's attendance or offer the place to a child on the waiting list if invoices are not paid by the due date. Fees remain payable regardless of sickness or absence.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not offered for this preschool; therefore no boarding fees apply. Opening hours and terms indicate day‑care operation only.
Refund and withdrawal policy
- Fees are generally non‑refundable. The school's terms specify that refunds will not be permitted in general, but state the following exceptions:
- If a child is withdrawn before the term starts, 90% of the fees will be refunded.
- If a child is withdrawn during a term, fees will be charged pro‑rata; at least one month's written notice is required before the intended date of withdrawal. If no notice is given, the school may revoke entitlement to any refund.
- The fees must be paid in full regardless of sickness or absence. Fees may be changed subject to approval from the relevant ministries; parents will be notified in advance of any change.
