Application and Admission Fees
An application fee of USD 150 is required prior to the student assessment process. Upon a successful application and acceptance of a place, a one-time admission fee of USD 2000 is applicable.
Tuition and Boarding Fees
- As a fully residential school, Haileybury Bhaluka combines its educational and accommodation costs. The fee structure remains uniform across all year groups from Year 7 through to Year 11. The combined tuition and boarding fee is USD 34500 per academic year, which equates to USD 11500 per term.
- Year 12 and 13 / Grade 11 and 12 (IBDP): USD 35,500 per year ; USD 11,834 per term
Billing Schedule and Payment Terms
Fees are calculated for the full academic year. Payments are standardly structured around the school's termly calendar, requiring settlement prior to the start of each corresponding term.
Other Costs and Fees
Families must provide a security deposit of USD 1500 at the time of enrollment. Additional expenses may apply for specific items such as school uniforms or specialized co-curricular activities.
Refund Information
The USD 1500 security deposit is fully refundable upon the student's departure from the school, subject to standard account clearance and terms. The application and admission fees are non-refundable.
