Billing schedule, payment terms and penalties
- Annual invoice is issued in September each academic year. Payment may be made via one of the following options:
- Monthly over 10 months (payments due by the 10th of each school month, excluding July and August);
- Quarterly (payments due 30/09, 31/01 and 30/04);
- Single full payment (due by 31/10).
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer to the school account (IBAN BE17 0688 9920 8821 – AGNES SCHOOL ASBL) or SEPA domiciliation (direct debit authorization).
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue (except tuition/minerval which follows the schedule above). Non‑payment leads to a first reminder (without fees) and then interest and fixed recovery indemnities in line with Belgian rules (examples shown: EUR 20 for balances ≤ EUR 150; EUR 30 + 10% on tranche 150.01–500; EUR 65 + 5% on balance > EUR 500, up to a cap; subsequent reminder costs also apply). Outstanding accounts may be referred to a recovery service.
Discounts and solidarity contribution
- Sibling discounts: 10% reduction for each child when two children from the same family are enrolled; 20% reduction per child for three or more enrolled siblings.
- Voluntary solidarity contribution is available to support families in temporary financial difficulty; amount is set freely by the family when opting in.
Refund and liability information

Administrative contact and payment reference details (for invoices and direct debit)
- Bank transfer details provided for payments (IBAN shown above); SEPA direct debit mandate form is used for domiciliation. Late/overdue administrative procedures are defined and collection is outsourced where necessary.

Specific optional activity/paraschool tariffs and some ancillary charges are published separately by the school.)
