Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are payable termly in advance. Students are registered for external exams only after fees have been cleared.
- Annual payment option: a 5% discount applies when the full annual tuition is paid in advance by the specified early‑payment date (31 January 2026 for the 2026 schedule). If full payment is not received by that date, the plan defaults to termly payments.
- Termly payment option: standard termly invoicing (three terms for most year groups; certain stages use a two‑term split where shown).
- Monthly payment option: available by EFT only; monthly instalments must be paid one month in advance. Monthly payment availability and amounts vary by stage (some stages show N/A for monthly).
- Sibling discounts: 5% for the second child, 10% for the third child, and 15% for the fourth child and beyond.
- Late payment: late payments may attract penalties or restrictions in line with the school's finance policy; parents should communicate with the Finance Office if support is required.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a day school and does not publish boarding fees.
Other costs and additional charges
- External examination fees (PSLE, Cambridge IGCSE, etc.) are charged separately from tuition.
- Excursions, specialised activities, sport tours and certain extracurricular programmes may be billed separately when scheduled. Playball and similar optional programmes carry additional costs.
- Uniforms, transport services, and some resource packs are not included in standard tuition and are charged separately. A development levy applies on enrolment as noted above.
Refunds and withdrawal terms
- Admission fees (application and development/entrance fees) are non‑refundable.
- Refunds and notice periods for tuition withdrawals are managed according to the school's enrolment and finance policies; specific refund timelines and conditions are set out in those finance/enrolment policies. Students will be registered for exams only after outstanding fees are cleared.
