Colégio Alemán de Concepción is a German international school serving students aged 3 to 18. It offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (GIB) alongside a German curriculum and a bespoke curriculum. The IB DP, taught since 2010, is delivered in Spanish, German and English, with Diploma students studying their mother tongue plus additional languages. The GIB core includes Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay and CAS, and the six groups are Studies in Language and Literature (Spanish), Acquisition of Languages (German and English), Individuals and Societies (History in German), Sciences (Biology in German), Mathematics and Arts.
