Fees for the 2025/26 academic year
Application and new‑student fees
- Application fee: RMB 500 — one‑time, non‑refundable and non‑transferable, payable at time of application.
- New student (matriculation) fee: RMB 500 — one‑time, non‑refundable and non‑transferable, payable at enrolment.
Tuition fees (amounts shown per semester; annual = two semesters)
- Preschool to K2: RMB 50,000 per semester (RMB 100,000 per academic year).
- Grade 1 to Grade 5: RMB 60,000 per semester (RMB 120,000 per academic year).
- Grade 6 to Grade 10: RMB 69,000 per semester (RMB 138,000 per academic year).
- Grade 11 to Grade 12 — A Level: RMB 69,000 per semester (RMB 138,000 per academic year).
- Grade 11 to Grade 12 — IBDP: RMB 74,000 per semester (RMB 148,000 per academic year).
Collection & payment (prepaid) fees — per semester
- Preschool to K2: RMB 1,500.
- Grade 1 to Grade 5: RMB 4,000.
- Grade 6 to Grade 9: RMB 5,000.
- Grade 10 to Grade 12: RMB 10,000.
(The collection & payment charge is prepaid and is settled against actual eligible costs; any excess will be refunded or deficit billed.)
School lunch
- Preschool to Grade 5: RMB 29 per day (includes lunch and refreshments).
- Grade 6 to Grade 12: RMB 27 per day (self‑select buffet).
(Lunch fees are prepaid by semester and reconciled against actual attendance.)
School bus (transportation) fees
- Single trip (per semester): RMB 2,200.
- Round trip (per semester): RMB 3,600.
(Bus fees are paid per semester. If a student withdraws in the first half of the academic year, the second half's bus fee will be refunded; no refund is available for withdrawal in the second half.)
Accommodation (boarding) fees
- Accommodation is available only for Grade 6 and above. Room type provided: two‑bed apartments. Fee: RMB 4,650 per semester.
Sibling discount
- A 10% discount on the base tuition fee is applied for a family's third child and any subsequent children enrolled concurrently.
Other costs and incidental fees
- Examination, assessment and competition fees (domestic and international), overseas original textbook costs for individual students, web‑based educational subscriptions, costs for trips (non‑overnight) outside Changzhou, and fees for external ECA clubs, optional trips, training, competitions and camps are charged separately or via the prepaid collection & payment item and will be settled based on actuals.
- Uniforms are not itemized as a separate compulsory fee in the published charge items; related or occasional costs are handled as other expenses and charged/settled as incurred.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are invoiced with specific due dates; tuition and other billed amounts must be paid by the invoice due date for a place to be confirmed. Tuition and semester charges are to be paid before the start of classes.
- For newly enrolling students, payment is generally due within 10 days after acceptance of the offer. Students are not permitted to attend classes before required payments are made. Late payment may result in loss of eligibility to enroll.
Refund policy (summary of timelines and repayment rules)
- 100% refund if a formal written withdrawal is received on or before the first day of school and the student did not attend any school days for the upcoming year.
- If a student withdraws during a semester: if attendance is less than one‑third of the semester calendar, two‑thirds of tuition/accommodation/meal/after‑school service fees are refunded; if attendance is more than one‑third but less than one‑half, half is refunded; if attendance exceeds one‑half of the semester calendar, no refund is available. Refunds are processed only after completion of withdrawal procedures.
Payment methods and bank details
- Accepted payment methods: RMB bank cheque, bank transfer, and bank card. Bank card payments must be made in person at the school's finance office; a bank surcharge applies to card transactions. Payments may be made in RMB or USD; if paid in USD the school's exchange rate (based on the bank daily rate) is applied. Parents should include the student's name on transfer remarks for identification.

Administrative and payment responsibilities
- The student's parent or guardian is responsible for timely payment of all tuition and other fees even when a third party (for example, an employer) provides the funds. Acceptance of payment by the school constitutes agreement to the school fee policy.
