Tuition fees (by programme / division) — academic year starting 1 September 2026
- Polish‑language divisions (LO PL): PLN 2,620 per month. - International divisions (Pre‑DP / DP, IB): PLN 4,120 per month.
How tuition is billed and payment terms
- Tuition is normally billed as monthly instalments and paid on a monthly schedule; instalments are collected during the school year. Parents are required to pay by bank transfer to the school account and to show the payment title as specified by the school (student name and month). Payments are due by the 10th day of each month. - The school's bank account for transfers is: PLN account 51 1050 1038 1000 0022 5870 2535 (use the payment title required by the school). - The school's standard contract practice (example agreement used for Pre‑DP) establishes annual tuition and a 10‑month instalment schedule (payments from September through June). Installment and contractual details are set out in the school agreement signed by parents.
Boarding / accommodation fees
- The school does not operate a boarding (residential) programme; no boarding fees are applied.
Other costs and additional fees
- Small‑group tuition supplement (charged monthly as an addition to the base tuition in international/IB divisions): - 3‑person group: PLN 360 per person (Standard Level) / PLN 480 per person (Higher Level). - 2‑person group: PLN 480 per person (Standard Level) / PLN 630 per person (Higher Level). - Individual (one‑to‑one): PLN 900 per person (Standard Level) / PLN 1,180 per person (Higher Level). - All compulsory and optional school trips, project trips and international exchanges are charged separately; the trip leader sets the trip fee based on actual costs. - Support for university applications abroad (one‑off service fees): - Application package for UK and USA: PLN 1,500 (one‑off). - Application package for other countries: PLN 900 (one‑off). - Fee for taking the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma examinations is charged once in the final year of the international programme; the exact IB examination fee is determined by the school in line with the International Baccalaureate Organization fee schedule. - Meals, optional additional activities or specially arranged extra classes (beyond standard curricular offer) may carry separate charges as communicated by the school. - No uniform fee or obligatory school uniform charge is listed for the school's programmes.
Refund and cancellation information
- The registration/confirmation deposit (opłata rekrutacyjna) is non‑refundable. Payment of that deposit secures the student's place and the deposit is credited toward the first charges as described by the school. - The obligation to pay tuition ends if the student is removed from the school list (for example following a formal termination of the agreement). Contractual terms allow either party to terminate the education agreement with the notice period specified in the signed contract; the contract also sets rules for termination for non‑payment. Parents should follow the written contract (agreement) for details on settlement of outstanding sums on termination.
Accepted payment methods
- Primary method: bank transfer to the school account (PLN account 51 1050 1038 1000 0022 5870 2535). Use the payment title format required by the school (e.g., “czesne za [month], [student name]” or the payment title specified for recruitment fees/exam fees). - For some admission and administrative payments, the school accepts payment in person at the school secretariat on the day of registration as indicated in application instructions.
If a fee or payment item above is program‑specific, the programme designation (Polish division / International division – Pre‑DP/DP) is stated next to the amount. All amounts are shown in Polish zloty (PLN).
Published annual tuition by year group (amounts published by the school) - Grades I–III: PLN 33,600 per year. - Grades IV–VI: PLN 35,550 per year. - Grades VII–VIII: PLN 37,500 per year.
Per‑term and per‑month breakdowns (arithmetic conversions of the published annual tuition) Note: the school publishes annual tuition amounts; the following lines are simple arithmetic breakdowns of those published annual figures (the school itself publishes the annual amounts only). The school's statutes reference monthly obligations and consequences for non‑payment, indicating fees are expected to be serviced on a monthly/regular basis, but specific installment dates or a published term schedule are not provided.
- If tuition is divided into three academic terms (annual ÷ 3): - Grades I–III: PLN 11,200 per term. (PLN 33,600 ÷ 3). - Grades IV–VI: PLN 11,850 per term. (PLN 35,550 ÷ 3). - Grades VII–VIII: PLN 12,500 per term. (PLN 37,500 ÷ 3).
- If tuition is divided into ten monthly installments (annual ÷ 10), a common billing pattern for school years: - Grades I–III: PLN 3,360 per month. (PLN 33,600 ÷ 10). - Grades IV–VI: PLN 3,555 per month. (PLN 35,550 ÷ 10). - Grades VII–VIII: PLN 3,750 per month. (PLN 37,500 ÷ 10).
Billing schedule and payment terms (what is published / known) - The school publishes annual tuition amounts and the one‑off entry fee; no public schedule of specific installment dates or published term payment calendar is provided in the school's public materials. - The school's Statut states that if tuition is not paid for one month the pupil may be removed from the school list. Unpaid amounts from earlier periods will be collected. This indicates that timely regular payments are required and that the school enforces removal for at least one month of non‑payment.
Boarding / accommodation fees - Boarding is not applicable. The institution is a non‑public primary school (classes I–VIII) and operates as a day school; no boarding or residential provision or boarding fees are published.
Other costs and typical additional fees (published categories) - The school lists the following additional charges which are not included in the published annual tuition and are billed separately as appropriate: - Individual speech/logopedic therapy. - Warm school meals (paid separately). - School starter kit / supplies (wyprawka szkolna). - School trips and excursions. - Selected extracurricular activities (additional paid classes). - Insurance (charged separately). - Uniform / ceremonial dress: pupils are required to attend school ceremonies in gala dress or a school uniform; costs for uniforms or gala dress are not listed as fixed amounts but the requirement is stated.
Refund and cancellation rules (published policy) - The school's Statut specifies that on resignation from the school or on removal from the roll, the entry fee and tuition for a month already started are not refundable; amounts outstanding for earlier periods remain payable and will be collected. - The Statut also records that the person running the school sets the level of tuition and entry fee and that non‑payment consequences apply as above.
Fee payment options (published information) - The school's public materials list the fees and categories above but do not publish specific accepted payment methods (credit card, bank account details, electronic payment options) or a public installment schedule. Families should expect standard school invoicing and payment procedures, but no payment channel is published in the school's fee notice or Statut.
Summary (key points for a parent) - One‑off entry fee: PLN 1,500. Annual tuition (published) by group: Grades I–III PLN 33,600; IV–VI PLN 35,550; VII–VIII PLN 37,500. - The school lists several separately charged items (therapy, meals, starter kit, trips, selected extras, insurance). - The Statut sets consequences for non‑payment: a pupil may be removed after one month of unpaid tuition and entry fee and tuition for a started month are non‑refundable.
If you require these published annual figures presented in a different payment breakdown (for example, a different number of terms or monthly installments), the per‑term and per‑month numbers above are straightforward arithmetic conversions of the published annual tuition and are available to use in your database; the source figures are the school's published annual rates.

Admissions
1. Enrollment for the Primary School and the Kindergarten runs daily until spaces are filled. Contact by phone to learn about vacancies at the preferred campus and to arrange a meeting. Visit the School by appointment; this is the best way to get to know the School and speak with teachers.
2. During the visit, the parent is introduced to the school's offerings. The child is invited to participate in classes. We assess physical, mental, emotional development and the student's independence. The number of places is limited.
3. The child is invited to a trial day with participation in Polish- and English-language classes. The trial day provides an opportunity to experience the learning environment. The results of the observations will be presented at the parent meeting. Admission requires signing an agreement with the parent.
4. First priority for admission to Class 1 goes to graduates of the Buzzy Bee kindergarten and their siblings, as well as siblings of Vancouver Schools students. Admission requires positive completion of recruitment steps. English language proficiency is not tested during recruitment and is not a prerequisite for admission.
