In addition to functioning and learning in two languages simultaneously, the school places great importance on proper social and emotional development of the child and the ability to think independently. The aims of the school include bilingual education that blends Polish and Canadian educational approaches. Education in English is delivered through an immersion method with natural contact with the language. 2. During the visit, the parent is introduced to the school's offerings. The child is invited to participate in classes. We assess physical, mental, emotional development and the student's independence. The number of places is limited.
3. The child is invited to a trial day with participation in Polish- and English-language classes. The trial day provides an opportunity to experience the learning environment. The results of the observations will be presented at the parent meeting. Admission requires signing an agreement with the parent.
4. First priority for admission to Class 1 goes to graduates of the Buzzy Bee kindergarten and their siblings, as well as siblings of Vancouver Schools students. Admission requires positive completion of recruitment steps. English language proficiency is not tested during recruitment and is not a prerequisite for admission.
