Admissions	Admissions 1. Complete Official Application Form Parents must submit the admissions application online. This submission must include all necessary supporting documents and proof of payment for the application fee. 2. Entrance Tests and Interview Following the application, the admissions office will contact the family to schedule an online entrance test and an oral interview (preferably face-to-face for families already in Bali). The online Cambridge assessments evaluate proficiency in Reading, Mathematics, and Developed Ability. The interview with a senior staff member is used to assess communication skills, personal qualities, and motivation. 3. Admission Outcome The Executive Principal makes the final admissions decision based on a holistic review of the applicant's test scores, interview performance, academic records, and alignment with the school's ethos. This outcome is typically communicated to the family via email within two weeks of the assessment. Exact test scores are not provided to parents. 4. Admission Confirmed An admission offer remains conditional until all required fees are successfully paid and transferred to the ACS Bali Yayasan account. Once the financial transfer is complete, the student's enrolment is officially confirmed for both the family and the school. 5. Welcome Pack Emailed to Family After confirmation, the school will email a comprehensive Welcome Pack to the family. Year level placements are determined at admission by age (birthdate), prior school records, measured aptitude and achievements, physical and emotional maturity, and other pertinent considerations, including students' performance in the entry assessments. There is an entry assessment that informs placement. Preschool 3 entrants must be at least three years old before March 31, be toilet trained, and be immunised. The academic year runs January to December. 3. The Entrance Age Guideline governs grade placement and provides the age ranges and grade equivalents for placement (e.g., Preschool 3, Preschool 4, Foundation, Year 1, etc.).
