ACS Bali follows a dual-curriculum framework that progresses from the Cambridge International system to the International Baccalaureate. In the Primary School (Grades 1 through 6), students study the Cambridge International Primary curriculum, concluding with the Cambridge Checkpoint assessments in Grade 6. The secondary phase (Grades 7 through 10) utilizes the Cambridge International Secondary curriculum, culminating in students sitting for their IGCSE qualifications at the end of Grade 10. Students entering specifically in Grade 10 also have the option to complete a one-year, non-examinable Foundation IB program in preparation for their final years. For High School (Grades 11 and 12), the school transitions to the two-year International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), with authorization pending for the first cohort starting in 2027. The IBDP curriculum requires students to complete six academic subjects alongside a Theory of Knowledge course, an Extended Essay, and the mandatory Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) program.

Admissions
Admissions
Admissions
1. Complete Official Application Form Parents must submit the admissions application online. This submission must include all necessary supporting documents and proof of payment for the application fee.
2. Entrance Tests and Interview Following the application, the admissions office will contact the family to schedule an online entrance test and an oral interview (preferably face-to-face for families already in Bali). The online Cambridge assessments evaluate proficiency in Reading, Mathematics, and Developed Ability. The interview with a senior staff member is used to assess communication skills, personal qualities, and motivation.
3. Admission Outcome The Executive Principal makes the final admissions decision based on a holistic review of the applicant's test scores, interview performance, academic records, and alignment with the school's ethos. This outcome is typically communicated to the family via email within two weeks of the assessment. Exact test scores are not provided to parents.
4. Admission Confirmed An admission offer remains conditional until all required fees are successfully paid and transferred to the ACS Bali Yayasan account. Once the financial transfer is complete, the student's enrolment is officially confirmed for both the family and the school.
5. Welcome Pack Emailed to Family After confirmation, the school will email a comprehensive Welcome Pack to the family. This pack contains all the relevant information and details needed for the student to successfully start their education at ACS Bali.
6. Start of Orientation Programme Before classes officially begin, the school runs a planned induction program. This ensures that new students undergo a smooth transition and have a successful start to the academic year.
Admissions
CCS accepts and welcomes students aged 3 to 17 (Early Years - IB Diploma) throughout the year. There are four easy steps to join CCS. 1. Application Tasks Completion: Submit the online Application Form; pay the Application Fee IDR 2,500,000 (non-refundable, with no guarantee for the seat); upload 2 years of previous or current school report cards in English (non-English documents should be translated and notarized); upload CCS Student Profile; upload Transcript (only for Year 10/Semester 2 or above). 2. Application Review: When a seat is available, the applications will be reviewed by the education leadership team and student support team; English assessments might be required if needed. 3. Acceptance: Successful applicants will receive an official acceptance email, and the payment options will be shared. The parents can choose the payment method for a term, a semester, or a year. 4. Enrollment: Once the tuition fee is received, and the rest of the required documents are completed, the new joiner and the parents will receive a welcome email from the school. The Application Tasks Completion Step is the first step; there are limited spaces and offering seats is not guaranteed. Applicants who did not get an offer due to no seat availability will be transferred to the next term. Your child can join CCS at any time if there is a place available in their year group; explore entry points to learn more about the registration process.
