1 Contact The school has an initial contact step. Families interested can request information using the admissions form or by calling 971 68 40 42 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The admissions team is available to answer questions and start the admissions process. The admissions team can book a visit, in person or online, to learn more about the educational project.
2 Visit The school has an on-site or virtual visit that provides an in-depth presentation of the educational project, curricular and teaching aspects, and the buildings and facilities. This is the best time to resolve any doubts you may have. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and see the school environment.
3 Registration The school has a registration step following the formal application for admission. After the formal application, the previous marks of students from Primary to Baccalaureate are requested, the admissions form is completed, and all the documentation required for enrolment is received. Once the admission requirements are complete, the final admission form to enrol the student should be filled in and accompanied by all required documentation.
Admissions
Tours and conversations are arranged for the 2025/2026 cycle, with places potentially available during the academic year. For Year 2–Year 12, the admissions process is outlined for 2025/2026 and guidance is available by contacting the admissions team for details.
Registration and timeline: The Registration Deadline is 2 February 2026. Parents may register their child/children a year prior to entry. If places are available, families are encouraged to proceed with registration in advance to secure a spot.
Assessments and offers: If an assessment and school tour have not already occurred, assessments take place in March 2026. Offers are issued after satisfactory completion of assessments in English and Maths. Families should expect a formal communication outlining the offer if criteria are met.
Acceptance and securing a place: After an offer is emailed, there is a 3–4 day deadline to accept. A place is secured by paying the reservation fee and the deposit. Details of school fees are provided separately on the school's fee documents.
Starting at Green Valley: Your child begins at Green Valley School in September 2026. Prior to starting, an email with important information and a welcome to school is sent.
Transition for primary students: In June 2026, a Transition Morning is held for Primary students. Children attend to meet their cohort and form tutor as part of the onboarding process.
