Billing schedule and payment terms - Standard billing: Two instalments per academic year (first instalment due 1 September; second instalment due 2 February). - Early settlement discount: 5% discount if fees are settled in full by 31 July 2025. - Sibling discount: 20% on the third and subsequent children from the same family attending at the same time. - Alumni discount: 5% for qualifying Campion families (increases to 7% if fees are settled in full by 31 July 2025); alumni discount is applied after any sibling discount and requires prior years' fees to be fully paid. - The school may withhold reports, transcripts and other documentation if fees are not paid. Arrangements for alternative payment schedules must be submitted in writing to the Finance Committee; any approved alternative is valid only for that school year and must be reapplied for subsequently. Mid‑year registrations and withdrawals / refund/prorating policy - Reduced tuition is applied when a child enters or withdraws during the school year. Tuition and bus fees are prorated as follows for the term in which a student starts or withdraws: - Starting in: First term 100% of term fee; Second term 70%; Third term 40%. - Withdrawn in: First term 40%; Second term 70%; Third term 100%. - These withdrawal/prorating arrangements apply only when parents inform the school at least two months in advance of withdrawal. Registration and application fees are non‑refundable. Boarding - Boarding is not applicable; Campion operates as a day school. No boarding fees are charged. Optional and additional fees - Bus service (optional): Annual round‑trip fee EUR 2,200 — instalments EUR 1,100 (first) and EUR 1,100 (second). One‑way service is charged at 70% of the full round‑trip fee. Bus discounts: 15% reduction for the second child; 35% reduction for the third and subsequent children; 100% reduction (i.e., free) for Nursery and Reception children using the bus. - Peripatetic music lessons (optional): Full year EUR 1,040; half year EUR 520. - Extra English support (Senior School, if required): Annual fee EUR 1,200 — instalments EUR 600 and EUR 600. - Other charges not included in tuition: uniform costs, examination fees (external exam registration where applicable), school trips and overnight excursions, and other ad hoc charges. Lower School (Years 7–9) follows an adapted British curriculum and enters the Cambridge IGCSE programme in Year 10; Year 11 sits Cambridge IGCSE examinations. All students participate in the IB Diploma Programme in Years 12–13, supported by the Universities Counsellor, IB Coordinator and Year Tutors. The teaching is in English across the school; Greek language, literature and history are available for Greek high school equivalency, and English as an Additional Language support is offered. Foreign languages include Spanish, French and Arabic; the school emphasises Greek culture and heritage as part of the curriculum.

Admissions	Admissions —	Admissions Registering at Campion: The first stage of the admissions process is the online enquiry form submission and the submission of the most recent school reports. A preliminary visit may be scheduled, including a tour of the premises and an opportunity for parents and pupils to ask questions and become acquainted with the school ethos and climate for learning. For Early Years and Junior School applicants, after the initial visit an interview with the Head of Junior School is scheduled; school reports for the previous two years should be submitted before the interview if the pupil is already attending another school. In the Senior School (years 7–13), candidates whose native language is not English will sit an English test; all applicants will also sit an entrance examination in Vocabulary, Mathematics and non-verbal abilities prior to interview. Pupils may be admitted at any point in the school year depending on space, with priority given to international families; there are cut-off dates for each year group by birthdates; exceptional circumstances may place a pupil in a class that does not correspond with age; parental preferences will be considered, but the final determination rests with the Headmaster. Further information regarding Senior School English and entrance tests is contained in the Admissions Policy. The Application fee is €100, which includes testing. Following a successful interview and acceptance of a place, formal admission requires submission of: Application for Admission (sent electronically); Health Form; Bus Request Form; Copy of Passport. Information regarding school uniforms includes Junior Uniform Requirements, Senior Uniform Requirements, and Ordering School Uniform. For the academic year 2025–2026, places in the Learning Support programme are extremely limited and many groups remain full; priority will be given to international applicants.
Scholarships	Scholarships —	Scholarships Campion School offers a limited number of partial and full academic scholarships for the IB Diploma programme. External candidates only are eligible. Suitable candidates for the academic year 2022–23 should be born between 1 September 2005 and 31 August 2006, should possess Proficiency-level English and an overall grade average of at least 18.0 in the Greek system or equivalent for candidates with a non-Greek educational background.
