Curriculum details	Curriculum details Baleares International College offers a British style international education for boys and girls aged 3 to 18. There are two campuses on Mallorca: Sa Porrassa in Calvià and Sant Agustí on the outskirts of Palma. Lessons are delivered in English, with a team of language specialists; students learn Spanish, Catalan, German and French, with English as an Additional Language support. The school offers IGCSE and A Level qualifications. It is COBIS compliant and Mallorca's only COBIS compliant school. The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award is part of school life, and the community includes over 40 nationalities with specialist science, sport and art facilities.	Curriculum details The school educates children from age 3 to 18 following the English national curriculum from the Early Years Foundation Stage through the English Primary and Secondary systems, culminating with A Levels (AS and A2) using the Cambridge International Exam board and EdExcel. It also provides a bilingual pathway by offering the Spanish System (ESO and Bachillerato) alongside the English framework. Admissions	Admissions Your Journey to Joining Us: The admissions process is the same for Sant Agustí and Sa Porrassa. Step 1: Enquire or Book a visit. Fill in our online enquiry form to register your interest or book a school tour. You can select the school, request a virtual tour, and the admissions team will contact you. Step 2: Visit School. A personal tour of the school to explore classrooms and facilities and meet academic staff. Step 3: Start your Application. Apply via the Admissions Portal. Log in to view progress and submit documents; each child needs their own application. Step 4: Offer and acceptance. After review, a formal offer is sent via the portal; you sign the terms and conditions and pay the Enrolment Fee and Transcript Fee. An entry test or interview may be requested. Admissions are assessed in line with policies for Sant Agustí and Sa Porrassa.	Admissions The school offers places, when available, to students who are successful in the application process which involves an interview and an entrance exam. Reports and references from current schools form a major part of the selection procedure, and applicants are invited to participate in a taster day. Entry to 6th Form is selective and based largely on performance at IGCSE. To enter Year 12, students must attain a minimum grade C/5 in English Language and Mathematics and a minimum grade B in the subjects they wish to study at A Level.
Scholarships	Scholarships BIC 2021 Scholarship Programme provides 50% of the tuition costs for the 2-year A Level programme funded by Orbital Education.
