2. Parties, beneficiary and object of the contract 2.1 This Contract (the “Contract”) is governed by the following general conditions (the “General Conditions”) and is entered into between Ludum S.r.l. (the “Ludum” or “the Institute”) and the undersigned Parent 1 jointly and severally with the undersigned Parent 2 (the “Parents”) as identified in the personal data sheet. 2.2 The beneficiary of the Contract is the student indicated in the present Contract (the “Student”). 2.3 If one of the Parents cannot sign this Agreement, the signing Parent declares, aware of the criminal and administrative consequences for those who issue declarations not corresponding to the truth under art. 76 DPR 445/2000, that he/she has made the choice in agreement with the other Parent. 2.4 The Contract concerns the provision of extracurricular services according to the training offer of the various sites published on the ICS Milan website (the “Courses”) as well as the provision of the Afterschool Care service (ordinary after-school care). The training offer specifies: the name and a brief description of the educational objectives, the day, time and place of the Course, the lesson calendar and duration, the participation fee, the age ranges to which it is addressed and the minimum number of participants required for activation. 2.5 Ludum commits to continuously deliver the Courses aimed at achieving the objectives referred to in the previous article, to inform Parents about the services offered and the access modalities, and to support the Student in the realization of the educational-didactic path. 2.6 If the Student should prove not suitable to attend a specific Course, Ludum reserves the right to reject the application and arrange the reimbursement of unused lessons.
3. Enrollment in Courses and attendance 3.1 Group Courses are activated only if the minimum number of participants is reached. It is possible to enroll in Courses that have been activated for the current year and that are not full. Ludum will inform Parents in advance which Courses are not activated and which students do not fit within the maximum number allowed according to enrollment priority. 3.2 Individual Courses are activated upon parental request based on the teacher's availability. Specifically regarding the music lessons for individual courses, these cannot be canceled or moved outside the time agreed at the start of the year. Lessons missed for any reason, including health reasons, will not be refunded for any reason; in any case Ludum guarantees the possibility of two (2) make-up lessons to be held in June of each year. 3.3 Enrollment in Courses is done by completing the appropriate online form in the dedicated sections of the site to which Parents may freely access. 3.4 Parents and their delegates undertake to respect the start time of lessons, as well as to collect Students personally or through their delegates (with a delegation) at the end of lessons. 3.5 In case of absence of the teacher or any organizational impediment, the missed lessons will be recovered during the month of June of each year. 3.6 For the Afterschool Care service, as for the Courses, there is no right to refund or to recover days missed due to illness or for any other reason.
4. Payments and right of withdrawal 4.1 Parents undertake to pay the amounts that will be previously communicated and subsequently confirmed, within 7 days of receipt of the Course confirmation. 4.2 Payments can be made: - By bank transfer to Ludum S.r.l., IBAN IT65G0200801639000106339093, indicating in the purpose the name and surname of the Student and the designation of the Course and school year of reference (in this case a copy of the payment receipt must be sent by e-mail to Ludum). - At the secretaries of the individual schools via bank transfer, cheque, debit card, credit card or cash within the legal limits. - Online, through the “Shop ICS Milan”, accessible at shop.icsmilan.com/it/. 4.3 The enrollment fee includes participation in the extracurricular activities provided by the ICS training offer, excluding any personal equipment (e.g., uniforms, sports gear, etc.). 4.4 Parents may withdraw from the Contract at any time by sending a specific withdrawal notice by registered mail to Ludum S.r.l.; withdrawal does not exempt from payment of the full participation fee. 4.5 In any case, reimbursement of the amount already paid is not guaranteed in the event of withdrawal after the student has attended at least two (2) days of Course or Afterschool Care service. If withdrawal is communicated before the second day, ICS commits to refund 70% of the amount paid and will retain 30% to cover organizational costs. 4.6 Total or partial non-attendance, for illness or any other reason, does not exempt from payment of the total participation fee. 4.7 Failure to pay the enrollment fee in full or in part within the established terms results in automatic termination of the Contract with the consequent immediate cessation of the service, without prejudice to Ludum's right to pursue performance and damages.
5. Termination 5.1 Any health condition of the minor will not be considered valid grounds for termination of the Contract.
6. Privacy 6.1 In accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data provided by the parent will be collected by Ludum for the sole purposes of providing Courses under art. 6.1(b), in accordance with the Privacy notice received at registration.
7. Exceptions and disputes 7.1 These General Conditions may be amended in whole or in part only by measures taken by the legal representative. For any dispute arising from the execution and/or interpretation of these General Conditions of Contract, the Milan Court has exclusive jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other forum.
8. Express acceptance 8.1 In accordance with industry practice for online contracts, Parents have had the opportunity to read carefully and store these General Conditions on a durable medium. 8.2 In particular, Parents were made aware of the conditions set out in Articles 3 (Enrollment in Courses and attendance), 4 (Payments and right of withdrawal) and 5 (Termination) of these General Conditions, which are expressly accepted pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code.

It is the first high school in Italy to offer full scholarships through a pitch competition. The competition is open to all Italian and international students in the last year of middle school or equivalent. Participants must demonstrate curiosity in solving local social and climate problems with solutions that can have a global impact, and proposals are encouraged to address issues identified during the World Economic Forum.
